We here at www.albertpujolsclub.com are getting excited about Albert and the Cardinals 2007 season. The defending World Series St. Louis Cardinals behind their 2005 MVP Albert Pujols will tip off the season against the National East Champion New York Mets on Sunday April 1st, 2007 on ESPN.

Pujols, the first basemen on one of the best professional sports franchises in all of sports history, the St. Louis Cardinals will look to re-load during the 2007 season. There will be plenty of changes in the Cardinals lineup, and pitching rotation but behind manager Tony LaRussa, and pitching coach Dave Duncan, Pujols and the Cardinals will be up top the National League Central standings once again.

Albert Pujols during the 2006 season hit for a .331batting average, hit 49 homeruns, and drove in 137 rbi's. With 50 homeruns during the 2007 season, Albert will reach the 300 homerun mark at the age of 27. 142 rbi's during the 2007 season will put Albert at 900 for his career, while only playing in 933 career games(coming into the 2007 season).

Make sure you continue to check out www.albertpujolsclub.com for all the latest on the guy that COULD go down in history as the GREATEST baseball player to ever play the game- Jose Alberto Pujols. Tell your friends, and family about the site, and don't be late in joining the club, as the member base is growing by the day!
